Who are we? Citron Singer Finance Limited (CSFL) are commercial finance brokers whose principle place of business is 66A High Road, East Finchley, London N2 9PN. We act as a broker for our customers. CSFL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority No.658642. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office, data protection registration number ZA054062.
How we will use the information about you? CSFL takes your privacy seriously. To process your personal data legally under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we ask clients for their consent agreeing to us processing their personal data for a specific reason.
We will use your personal information in a number of ways, which will help us, source offers of finance, help prevent fraud, obtain credit references and satisfy audit regulation. We will share your information with lenders and financiers for the purposes of arranging finance for you. We will not disclose your information to any one else except in certain circumstances: for example, to assess your credit history with credit reference agencies, to help prevent fraud or if required by law to do so.

Your Personal Data
What we need: We collect personal data about you, which may also include any special types of information or location-based information: for example, your name, address, contact details, business track record, employment history, financial status & accounts and credit history.
Why we need it: We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with an accurate recommendation for your particular circumstances. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.
What we do with it: CSFL will be the controller and processor of your personal data. Your data is stored electronically on our cloud-encrypted server and at our offices in the UK. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
How long we keep it: We are required under GDPR regulation to keep your basic personal data for a minimum of 6 years, after which time it will be destroyed. If a funding transaction completes we will keep the information for a minimum of 6 years plus the term of the finance.
What are your rights? You have the right to withdraw consent at any time and this means that we cannot process your data provided without your consent. If at any point you believe retained information is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected and possibly deleted. Providing you with this information is free of charge, but charges may apply for excessive requests.
