Maurice holds an MSc in Property Finance.
He has worked in commercial real estate for over 10 years as both a commercial portfolio manager and finance specialist. During this time he has developed and nurtured a wealth of relationships with lenders, loan originators, fund managers, equity investors and family offices.
Maurice has managed several substantial commercial and residential real estate investment portfolios in Dublin, London and the South East of England. His portfolio expertise includes investment appraisal, acquisition, disposal, planning promotion, valuation and all aspects of landlord/tenant. This experience helps him fully understand and appreciate the client side of the deal.

Citron Singer does not charge clients for the initial evaluation stage but there will be a fee for brokering finance. The precise amount will depend upon the particulars of the case but our standard Broker Fee is 1% of the gross value of the loan. The broker fee is payable when the transaction completes.
